Marketing and Functions Manager
We are wanting an enthusiastic and driven individual with proven experience in Marketing and Functions to work in an well established venue in Christchurch.
There are 5 Bars onsite and you would be looking after a number of weekly functions (between 10 and 12 functions a week) currently and trying to get more.
You would be liaising with the Restaurant Manager and the Head Chef with regards to function requirements. Essentially the position is the General Managers 2IC.
We are looking for someone with a hands on approach, someone who isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and do the hard yards
This role will suit an experienced Hospitality Manager with a proven management track record, be a great role model, leader and strive for excellence in everything you do.
Duties Include:
•Setting up and Coordinating functions
•Redeveloping Old Systems
•Managing Facebook Listings
•Managing Website
•Website Bookings
•Online Marketing
•Print Media
•Radio Advertising
•Administration
Position will involve some in-house Graphic Design work.
Hours are not set in stone but would be predominately Tuesday - Saturday 10.00am - 6.00pm
