Meet the Team

Welcome! Recruitment is all about people, so we'd like to take the time to introduce ourselves.

Liz Stegerhoek

With Liz, relationships come first, and it is important to her the company has a philosophy and ethos with not only great ethics but true passion and drive to get it right.

Liz's experience ranges from Hospitality and Events Management, through to Operations Management within the Retail and Service Industry. A lot of her success has come from being flexible and adaptable to an ever changing working environment, and also to her ‘can do' attitude. Her passion for customer service, her hands on approach to business and genuine interest in helping people.

Outside the office you will see her in a kayak with a paddle and a ball in her hand playing canoe polo, on the Christchurch mountain bike tracks or you might find her with her nose in a book about far-away lands or an inspirational biography with a glass of vino...
