To be successful you will be required to:
* Have a minimum of 3 years experience in Food & Beverage Management
* Extensive food and wine knowledge
* A hands on management style
* Excellent communication skills
* Passion to train and lead a team to success
* High presentation standards
* Exceptional Customer Service
40-50 hours per week, location is in the city centre.
A proven track record in a similar position will be necessary to move forward with this application.
