Sous Chef- Hanmer Springs
This thriving business is growing day by day and we now require a Super Sous Chef!
Ideally you will have been at an Sous Chef level for at least 2 years working in a quality focused, high volume environment. The ability to work in an intimate team and multi-task with speed and accuracy will come naturally.
You will have great verbal and written communication skills, be able to guide and train junior kitchen staff with consideration.
This place is super busy, so they pay you by the hour!
$18 per hours plus accommodation IS available - FREE!
