Covid19 Policy


We require anyone who visits The Recruitment Network offices to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per government guidelines. Your consultant will ask you to confirm your vaccination status prior to extending an invitation to our offices.

Today, Thursday 2nd December anyone entering our TRN offices over the age of twelve must be double vaccinated with a vaccine certificate/ pass. You will need to have downloaded (or have a paper copy) of your My Vaccines pass and may be asked to show this.


We will be using the NZ Pass Verifier to check these certificates. These are available to download


We will not be able to accept a purple vaccination card or vaccination confirmation letter as proof of your vaccination status.


A Medical Exemption MUST be signed by The Director General of Health, a GP’s signature is no longer acceptable.  

We acknowledge that there are some people who are hesitant about getting vaccinated, do not wish to be vaccinated, or have a legitimate medical reason why they can’t – and we respect everyone’s right to choose. If this applies to you, or you do not wish to share your vaccination status with us, please let your TRN contact know so we can proactively manage any potential risks.
